Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and identify root causes.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Conduct employee health and safety awareness training.
  • Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Promote safe work practices across operational areas.
  • Prepare safety reports and maintain HSE documentation.
  • Support emergency response planning and preparedness.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety & Health.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi OSH regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Experience conducting workplace inspections and risk assessments.
  • Experience investigating workplace incidents.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
