Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Communication Inspector to oversee the inspection and quality control of communication and low-current systems for the Stadium Project. The successful candidate will ensure that communication system installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, international standards, and client quality requirements while supporting testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of communication and ELV system installations, including structured cabling, fiber optic networks, data, telephone, CCTV, public address (PA), access control, and related communication infrastructure.
Verify installation activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable international standards.
Inspect cable routing, terminations, equipment installation, testing, and labeling to ensure quality compliance.
Witness testing, commissioning, system integration, and acceptance activities for communication systems.
Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material inspection requests, and quality documentation.
Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and maintain quality records.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and client representatives to resolve quality and technical issues.
Ensure all inspection activities comply with project quality standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations.
Support project handover by verifying testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in communication system inspection for large-scale building, stadium, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of communication and ELV systems, including structured cabling, fiber optic systems, CCTV, PA systems, access control, LAN/WAN, and telecommunication networks.
Experience in inspection, testing, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures for communication systems.
Familiarity with international standards such as TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, NFPA, and applicable project specifications.
Ability to read and interpret communication drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
