Job Summary
The QC HVAC / Plumbing Inspector is responsible for performing inspection and quality control activities for HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure compliance with approved standards, specifications, and project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct inspection and quality control activities for HVAC and plumbing systems in accordance with approved codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for HVAC and plumbing works.
- Inspect installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Verify material approvals, drawings, method statements, and compliance with specifications.
- Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and documentation.
- Support QA/QC audits and site quality activities.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a QC HVAC / Plumbing Inspector.
- Saudi Aramco approval with or without CBT.
- Valid international inspection certification with minimum 1 year validity remaining.
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining.
- Valid driving license or ability to drive (mandatory).
- All nationalities / categories are open.
