Job Summary
We are looking for experienced QC Instrument Inspectors with mandatory hands-on experience in Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspections. The role is responsible for carrying out instrumentation quality inspections and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project quality requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct instrumentation inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and ITP requirements.
- Perform and support JKT & PDM inspections as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
- Inspect instrument installation, tubing, cabling, junction boxes, termination, and related works.
- Verify materials, workmanship, installation, testing, and calibration activities for quality compliance.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and QC teams to resolve inspection issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, quality records, and related documentation.
- Follow up on NCRs and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
- Relevant experience as a QC Instrument Inspector in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
- Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspection experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation inspection procedures, ITPs, drawings, and project specifications.
- Experience in instrument installation, testing, and calibration inspection.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
