Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QC Coating Inspector to monitor and inspect coating activities and ensure compliance with approved project specifications, quality requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.
Roles & Responsibilities- Inspect surface preparation and coating application activities.
- Verify compliance with approved coating procedures and project specifications.
- Monitor environmental conditions before and during coating activities.
- Inspect coating thickness, application quality, curing, and overall workmanship.
- Conduct or witness applicable coating inspection and testing activities.
- Review coating materials, certificates, inspection records, and test reports.
- Identify coating defects, deviations, and non-conformities and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams, coating applicators, contractors, and client representatives.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Aramco projects.
- Saudi Aramco approved.
- Must have passed CBT.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection and QC procedures.
