Senior quality manager

CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Manager to join a major project within the Oil & Gas, Energy or Infrastructure sector in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity for an experienced quality professional to take a senior role supporting the delivery of a large-scale project, with responsibility across Quality Assurance, Quality Control and commercial quality management.

Minimum Experience: 15 years

Education: B.Sc. in Engineering

Key Duties Will Include:

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across major project environments.
• Oversee commercial and QA/QC management to ensure project requirements, contractual obligations and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with functional managers to ensure the correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts, procedures and quality requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct quality audits covering project work processes and contract procedures.
• Monitor project quality performance and ensure quality objectives are consistently achieved.
• Provide guidance on QA/QC methods, practices, international codes, standards and procedures.
• Identify quality issues, risks and areas for improvement and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with approved quality procedures and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with project and functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards throughout project delivery.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major or mega projects.
• Strong experience within Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Offshore, Infrastructure or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial and QA/QC management practices.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, procedures and quality management requirements.
• Previous experience coordinating with functional and project managers to implement project guidelines, contracts and procedures.
• Experience planning and conducting quality audits relating to work processes and contractual requirements.
• Strong understanding of project quality objectives and the ability to ensure these are achieved.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within large multidisciplinary project teams
