QC Material Inspector - CJP

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced QC Material Inspectors with mandatory hands‑on experience in Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspections. The role is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and documenting materials to ensure compliance with approved project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.

• Conduct material inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and ITP requirements.
• Perform and support JKT & PDM inspections as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Verify material type, grade, dimensions, quantity, condition, identification, and traceability.
• Review material certificates, inspection documents, and relevant quality records.
• Identify material defects, discrepancies, and non‑conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, construction, and QC teams on material‑related quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, material records, and quality documentation.
• Ensure only approved and compliant materials are released for use.

• Relevant experience as a QC Material Inspector in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspection experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of material inspection, verification, identification, and traceability.
• Ability to review material certificates, specifications, drawings, and inspection requirements.
• Strong documentation, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
