Job Summary
We are looking for experienced QC Dimension Inspectors with mandatory hands‑on experience in Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspections. The role is responsible for dimensional inspection and verification to ensure fabrication, installation, and equipment meet approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional inspections in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and ITP requirements.
Conduct and support JKT & PDM inspections as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
Verify dimensions, alignment, levels, orientation, tolerances, and installation against approved requirements.
Use appropriate precision measuring and inspection instruments for dimensional verification.
Identify dimensional deviations, defects, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, fabrication, and QC teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Prepare and maintain dimensional inspection reports, checklists, measurement records, and quality documentation.
Ensure inspection results are properly documented and traceable.
Relevant experience as a QC Dimension Inspector in Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
Saudi Aramco JKT & PDM inspection experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, measurement techniques, tolerances, and alignment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
Proficiency in using dimensional measuring and inspection tools.
Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
