- Atleast 4+ years experience in a management level position
- Musthave experience in residential development real estate
- Good experience with analysing financial data to maximise revenue
- Experienceevaluating new real estate investment opportunities including locationappraisal, prepare preliminary financial analysis and development briefwith business planning
- Experienceoverseeing the BD & investment portfolio including real estates listedequities
- Experience in preparing RFP’s, budgeting, Integration of project scheduling,controlling, risk identification and management, and projects deliverymanagement
- Experienceon monthly reports regarding development status, budget Vs actual, updatefeasibility studies
- Open to male Arab nationals only – preferably in Eastern province now. Or in Saudi now
- Salary is up 18k SAR per month total package
