We are actively looking for motivated Inventory Performance Analyst to join our Central Operations Team.
Core Competencies:- Monitor store inventory performance indicators (open box, clearance, pullback, stock availability) and highlight trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. (Daily / Weekly)
- Analyze inventory health and provide insights to support performance improvement and inventory optimization initiatives. (Weekly / Monthly)
- Support store range optimization and display efficiency through data‑driven insights and defined standards, in coordination with relevant stakeholders. (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Review the effectiveness of display and space utilization across categories and recommend enhancements where needed. (Monthly)
- Prepare and maintain inventory performance reports and dashboards to support Central
- Present key inventory performance insights, risks, and opportunities to Central Operations management. (Monthly / Quarterly)
- Review store inventory performance results with Store Managers and Regional Managers, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions and support options (e.g., coordination with Commercial or Supply Chain). (Weekly)
- Act as a performance support partner to store and regional teams by providing guidance, insights, and best practices. (Ongoing)
- Lead and support improvement and automation initiatives related to inventory-related workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility. (Project-based / Quarterly)
- Coordinate and oversee the availability of operating supplies (inks, printers, shopping bags, uniforms, signage paper, ESL materials, security materials, shopping trolleys, etc.) to ensure store operational readiness. (Daily / Weekly)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store performance support roles.
- Solid understanding of inventory performance KPIs and store operations within a multi-store retail environment.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support without direct authority.
