Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team in Saudi Arabia. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are organized, polite, and eager to build a career in the retail sector. The successful candidate will support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth and accurate checkout transactions.

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter.

• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in line with company procedures.

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers at all times.

• Assist with basic store operations, such as product arrangement and maintaining a clean checkout area.

• Issue receipts, process returns or exchanges according to policy, and report discrepancies promptly.

• Support inventory checks and coordinate with the store team as needed.

• Work in accordance with the store schedule, including 7 days per week as required by the business.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate.

• Basic computer and POS system skills.

• Good communication skills and a professional appearance.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle transactions accurately.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Attention to detail and honesty in handling payments.

• Ability to communicate in Arabic;
  English is a plus.

• Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

• Experience in retail, supermarkets, convenience stores, or similar environments.
