Position: Sales Representative (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our real estate team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, making it essential to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive approach to networking, lead generation, and relationship building, as well as a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information about the properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to expand the client base.

Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase properties.

Attend industry events and networking functions to build professional relationships and enhance visibility in the market.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or leasing process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector, with a strong sales record.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and property values.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage client relationships.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct property showings and client meetings.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred to cater to a diverse clientele.
