Business Development Executive – Construction

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to bring new construction projects contracts and subcontracting opportunities to our company

• Visit major construction companies contractors developers and project sites
• Identify new projects and subcontracting opportunities
• Build relationships with Procurement Project Managers and decision-makers
• Generate RFQs RFPs and coordinate quotations with our team
• Follow up on proposals and negotiations to secure contracts
• Maintain and develop a strong client network in the Saudi construction market

• Construction sales business development experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the Saudi construction market
• Valid Saudi Driving License
• Must speak English and Arabic
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing contacts with contractors developers are a strong advantage
• Willing to regularly visit companies and project sites

Compensation Competitive Salary Attractive Commission Incentives 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Contract Acquisition, preferably within the Saudi construction industry.

Good understanding of construction, contracting, subcontracting, and project-based business.

Existing network with main contractors, developers, procurement departments, consultants, or construction companies is highly preferred.

Ability to independently approach companies, arrange meetings, generate leads, and convert opportunities into contracts.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Must be able to speak English and Arabic.

Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.

Willing to travel regularly to client offices and construction/project sites.

Self-motivated, professional, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Candidates with a proven track record of bringing construction contracts or subcontracting projects will be given preference.
