Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer - HVAC Air Filters is responsible for driving sales of HVAC air filtration products, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, conducting technical presentations and site visits, preparing quotations and proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activity, coordinating with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HVAC air filters across the Eastern Region.
• Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients across key sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in HVAC, air filtration, or related technical products.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, air filtration standards, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the Kingdom and abroad when required.
