Welcoming customers and greeting them in a polite and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences

Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to explain them clearly and provide suitable recommendations

Presenting products and services, answering customers’ inquiries, and assisting them throughout the purchasing process to achieve sales targets

Contributing to organizing products and monitoring their availability on shelves and displays

Participating in improving the showroom layout and arranging products in a way that enhances the shopping experience

Completing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with the approved procedures for handling cash

Collecting customer feedback and conveying it to management with the aim of improving products, services, and the customer experience

Friendly, polite personality with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work within a single team with a cooperative spirit

High school diploma as a minimum, preferably with training or additional education in the field of sales or customer service

Previous experience in customer service or sales, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic skills in using a computer to complete sales transactions

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
