Sales and Ticketing Representative

The Sales and Ticketing Representative position is available to support the day-to-day operations of selling stadium and event tickets, ensuring that tickets are prepared and put out for sale, following up on booking and delivery processes, and preparing reports, while maintaining data accuracy and quality of customer experience.

1. Supervising ticket sales operations for stadiums and events from the beginning until the sale is completed.

2. Setting up ticketing systems, reviewing prices, available seats, priority periods, and ticket release dates.

3. Follow up on the entire sales cycle, including testing, launch, sales monitoring, problem handling, and after-sales settlements.

4. Managing the renewal of season tickets and memberships and following up on their operational procedures.

5. Monitoring ticket inventory and matching data between different sales channels.

6. Managing ticket delivery methods, including digital and paper tickets, cards, and direct collection.

7. Ensure that the access control systems are ready and compatible with the ticketing rules for each event.

8. Coordinating ticket-related announcements across the website, email, and digital channels.

9. Review the content of tickets published on the website and social media platforms to ensure its accuracy and up-to-dateness.

10. Implement quality control procedures to reduce sales and pricing errors and ensure the accuracy of operations.

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ticketing operations.

2. Obtaining a high school diploma, vocational training in sales or marketing or equivalent.

3. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

4. Ability to handle ticketing systems, track sales, and solve operational problems.
