We are looking for a fit and attentive security guard to ensure that our property is protected. The security guard is responsible for recording the names of visitors, patrolling the property and apprehending any trespassers.

To be successful as a security guard you must be alert and professional. A good security guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place.

• Patrols:
  Walk or drive around the assigned area regularly to check doors, windows, and gates.
• Access Control:
  Check s, welcome guests, and stop unauthorized people from entering.
• Surveillance:
  Watch CCTV screens and alarm systems to spot strange or illegal behavior.
• Emergency Action:
  React fast during fires, medical needs, or crimes, and call police or ambulance services.
• Reporting:
  Write clear notes about daily events, accidents, or damage.

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: A valid local security license or guard card.
• Physical Fitness:
  Ability to stand or walk for long hours and stay alert.
• Communication:
  Good speaking and writing skills to talk with people and write reports.
• Calm Under Pressure:
  Ability to stay cool and make smart choices during emergencies.

• Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.

Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
