You will be responsible for building responsive, user‑friendly interfaces, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers and product owners to deliver high‑quality web applications.

Responsibilities
  • Implement clean, modular and reusable UI components following best practices and design guidelines
  • Work with designers to translate UI/UX prototypes into functional, pixel‑accurate interfaces
  • Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility and SEO (where applicable)
  • Write and maintain unit tests and/or integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback and maintain high engineering standards
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, tooling and development processes (linting, build pipelines, CI/CD, etc.)
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer/Frontend Developer
  • Hands‑on experience with React and/or Angular in production projects
  • Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux, NgRx, Context API or similar)
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design, including grid systems and media queries
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and client–server communication
  • Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
  • Basic understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, Karma, etc.)
  • Good understanding of web performance, security basics and accessibility principles
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Good written and spoken English (for communication with distributed teams and stakeholders)
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Native Arabic communication skills
Nice to have
  • Experience with Type Script
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Prime

    NG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with UX principles, basic prototyping or design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Experience integrating analytics, monitoring or logging on frontend
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for frontend applications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Nature of Work and Working Hours

The usual working hours for full‑time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one‑hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible.
