Description
As a Frontend Engineer (Web) at Mnzil, you will own the development and maintenance of the company’s web applications, taking projects from concept to deployment and ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations. You will build and optimize web interfaces using React and Next.js, collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences, and apply clean code practices and modern frontend architecture to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability.
The role involves contributing to CI/CD pipelines, participating in code reviews, and continuously improving frontend quality in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment focused on delivering impactful, user-centric web solutions.
3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.
Strong experience with React and Next.js.
Proficiency in Type Script and modern JavaScript.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and state management solutions (e.g., Zustand, Redux).
Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and performance optimization.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (backend, product, design).
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Build and maintain core web applications, including customer-facing portals and internal dashboards.
Own frontend projects end-to-end, from concept and implementation to deployment.
Develop scalable, maintainable web applications using React and Next.js.
Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and UI consistency.
Organize and optimize frontend architecture for scalability and long-term maintainability.
Apply clean code practices and modern frontend patterns.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support smooth, reliable deployments.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
Continuously improve frontend performance, usability, and developer experience.
