We are hiring a Technical Lead for our client in Al Khobar to drive the design and delivery of advanced AI chatbot solutions powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI. This is a 1-year onsite contract role.
You will lead the technical direction of chatbot development, guide a small engineering team, and work closely with stakeholders to turn AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architecture and development of GenAI and Agentic AI chatbot solutions
- Guide engineers in building workflows using Lang Graph and MCP concepts
- Set technical standards across design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality and timelines are met
- Act as technical contact for client discussions and updates
- Improve engineering practices and solution design continuously
- Strong experience in Generative AI and AI solution design
- Hands‑on knowledge of Agentic AI and multi‑agent systems
- Experience with Lang Graph and understanding of MCP
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Exposure to AI orchestration tools or LLM frameworks
- Experience in enterprise AI/chatbot projects
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
