Main Job Purpose
Leads and mentors a development team in designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. Needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring performance, code quality, and responsiveness. Actively participates in code reviews, resolves technical issues, and stays current with emerging technologies and frameworks.
Accountabilities- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Well experienced in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Possess leadership skills to mentor and guide the development team.
- Develop and maintain web applications using technologies like .NET, Node.js, Java, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Proficient in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Experience with MYSQL, SQL Server, and database design.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
