As part of its continued growth strategy, the organisation is seeking a Transportation Sales Manager – Airports to drive commercial expansion within its airport transportation and mobility solutions portfolio. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with airport operators and aviation stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities that support airport infrastructure and passenger mobility. The position offers exposure to complex infrastructure environments and the opportunity to contribute to major regional airport developments.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within airport transportation and mobility solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with regional airport infrastructure development projects.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts with airport authorities and aviation stakeholders.
- Achieve annual revenue targets and support long-term business growth objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with airport operators, airlines, and aviation service providers.
- Serve as the primary commercial interface for airport transportation clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service alignment.
- Represent the organisation at aviation industry events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyse aviation mobility trends, passenger demand forecasts, and competitive market dynamics.
- Identify opportunities to expand transportation services within airport ecosystems.
- Support development of commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and tender submissions.
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategic planning and service innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure service delivery alignment.
- Support successful mobilisation and implementation of newly secured contracts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the transportation services portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in transportation, mobility, or aviation-related commercial roles.
- Proven track record in business development and contract acquisition within infrastructure sectors
. - Experience engaging with airport operators, airlines, or aviation service providers preferred.
- Strong understanding of airport operations, mobility solutions, and transport infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Experience with in the Middle East aviation or infrastructure sector is highly desirable.
