The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely order fulfillment, system accuracy, and a clean, well-organized facility. This role manages daily workflows, supervises warehouse staff, and ensures Shopify and operational records are accurate and up to date.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
- Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments.
- Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage Shopify backend: orders, inventory updates, and status tracking.
- Handle warehouse-related emails and order follow-ups.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Coordinate basic accounting support (stock reconciliation, documentation).
- Report operational issues and improvement opportunities to management.
