Wide Horizon Company is looking for an experienced Odoo Warehouse Specialist to manage warehouse operations and inventory control activities in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on managing receiving, issuing, transfers and inventory movements across multiple project sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warehouse transactions through Odoo ERP, matching Purchase Orders with Goods Receipt Notes, maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock reconciliation activities. Strong practical knowledge of Odoo Inventory/Warehouse and Purchase modules is mandatory.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for professionals with warehouse and inventory management experience in construction, infrastructure or multi-site project environments.

• Manage receiving, issuing, transfers and inventory movements across multiple project sites.
• Process and monitor warehouse transactions through Odoo ERP.
• Match Purchase Orders (POs) with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Ensure accurate material categorization and GL Account Mapping.
• Conduct periodic, surprise and annual stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory turnover.
• Track slow-moving inventory and support appropriate follow-up.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo ERP.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and project teams.
• Support accurate inventory reporting across multiple project locations.

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
• Advanced practical experience with Odoo ERP.
• Odoo Inventory/Warehouse and Purchase modules experience is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting and GL Mapping.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or multi-site projects is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
