Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Inventory Department as Laborers in Khobar. As part of a critical support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling, organization, and movement of materials and supplies for our large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory operations, directly impacting the success of our projects across the Kingdom.

Working under the supervision of experienced inventory managers, you will gain hands-on experience in material handling, stock organization, and logistics support. Key Responsibilities

* * in the unloading, loading, and transportation of materials and supplies within the inventory yard and project sites.
* ** Organize
* * and maintain inventory stock in designated areas to ensure accessibility and orderliness.
* ** Support
* * inventory checks by accurately counting and recording materials as directed by supervisors.
* ** Operate
* * basic material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
* ** Follow
* * safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards.
* ** Collaborate
* * with team members to fulfill material requests for various construction and engineering projects.

* * damaged or missing inventory items to supervisors promptly.

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within construction, warehousing, or logistics.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and material handling practices.
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
* Familiarity with workplace safety standards and protocols.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Compliance with GOSI and Saudi Labor Law requirements for KSA-based roles.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.
* Previous experience in a construction or engineering firm.
* Basic understanding of inventory management systems or software.
* Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) compliance as it relates to materials.
* Proficiency in basic Arabic or English communication.## Working Conditions
