Join a leading college as an Exams Officer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of examinations. This position is to cover 12 months maternity and they are looking for someone to start February 2026.

About the role:

Based in Kidderminster, this Exams Officer role is ideal for someone organised and detail-focused. You'll be part of a supportive team ensuring the registration and administration of all examinations and awards taken in the College ensuring the smooth operation of the examination system. Making sure the college's exams are administered efficiently and in line with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Exams Officer, you'll:

Coordinate and oversee all examination processes
Ensure compliance with JCQ guidelines and college procedures
Schedule and resource exams effectively
Maintain accurate exam records and documentation
Support Invigilators and other staff to ensure smooth delivery

What we're looking for:

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Strong knowledge of office and administrative systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience using IT systems, including spreadsheets and word processing
A methodical, systematic approach to your work
A valid DBS on the Update Service (essential)
