Our client, a reputable main dealership in Kidderminster, is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with dealership or warranty administration experience to develop their career within a stable and professional environment. The ideal individual will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Benefits of the Warranty Administrator:

£32,000 basic salary with potential to achieve £36,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

Processing warranty claims and invoicing accurately and efficiently
Managing retail invoicing and general administration tasks
Supporting the service department with day-to-day administrative duties
Resolving supplier and invoice queries promptly
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Following up outstanding purchase orders
Maintaining accurate documentation and records
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Ordering stationery and managing general office requirements

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

Proven warranty or dealership administration experience
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively as the Warranty Administrator
Commercially aware with a customer-focused attitude
Resilient, reliable, and professional demeanor
