Workshop Controller

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Controller located in Kidderminster. The Workshop Controller will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Responsibilities include managing technician workloads, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating with all departments, and maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

• Experience in managing workshops with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technicians, customers, and other departments.
• Knowledge of best practices within aftersales operations to enhance service delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily workshop operations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with diagnostic tools and processes are a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
