Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, busy workshop in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician:

Basic salary starting at £32,000+ depending on experience
OTE in excess of £35,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with a day off during the week
Saturday mornings, 9:00am – 4:00pm, with a day off in the week
Regular time off within the working week
Stable employment within a busy and reputable workshop
Opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

Servicing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conducting mechanical repairs and fault diagnosis
Replacing brakes, suspension components, exhausts, and other parts
Performing vehicle inspections to ensure safety and quality
Ensuring the workshop remains clean, safe, and professional at all times
Adhering to health and safety procedures and standards

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop
Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and fault diagnosis
Full UK Driving Licence
Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working efficiently in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
