Required:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
Experience:
Minimum 2 years residential childcare experience

- You do not hold a full UK driving licence and do not have a car.
- You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification – this is not deemed equivalent.
- You have only Health Care NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience.
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a caring, resilient and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them build confidence, life skills and emotional resilience.
Your Responsibilities- Build positive trusting relationships with young people
- Safeguard and support them at all times
- Provide structure, routine and emotional guidance
- Lead shifts, supervise staff, manage rotas and ensure placement plans are followed
- Support education and deliver life skills opportunities
- Serve as a positive role model and guide for residential workers
- Be 22 years old – Ofsted requirement
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 CYPW
- Have 2 years experience in residential childcare
- Hold a valid manual driving licence
- A large and expanding organisation with multiple children’s homes
- Strong leadership structure with clear management progression

- £50 per sleep-in
- Ofsted rating bonuses: £100 for Good / £200 for Outstanding
