Temp Science Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the academic year. This part-time role will require you to teach Science for 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons, contribute to the academic progress of students, and help foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons in line with the curriculum.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Support extracurricular activities related to Science, if required.

Essential

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.

A strong background in teaching Science at [KS3/KS4/KS5].

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.

A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Desirable:

Experience in teaching across all Science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).

Enthusiasm for extracurricular involvement.
