SEN Teaching Assistant - Kidderminster (Must Drive)

We are currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Kidderminster .

Requirements:

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
Experience working with children with:

SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
Autism
Challenging behaviour
Trauma
Anxiety

The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient, and confident in building positive relationships with pupils while supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.
