SEN Teaching Assistant (Driver Required) - Kidderminster

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an SEN school in Kidderminster .

Essential Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
A caring, patient, and flexible approach to supporting children with additional needs.
Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.

About the Role:

You will support pupils both in the classroom and throughout the school day, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. You may also be required to drive as part of your role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Our pupils have a range of additional needs, including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Behaviour that may challenge
Moderate and severe learning difficulties
