As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Automotive programmes from Level 1 to Level 3,
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements,
• Support learners in developing technical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and industry-standard working practices,
• Contribute to the delivery of the Level 2 Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Standard and support the future development of Level 3 apprenticeship provision,
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement,
