The Role

We're looking for caring, reliable people to join our team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes. You'll help with day-to-day living, offer companionship, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals.

Typical duties include:

• Supporting people with daily routines (shopping, cooking, activities, personal care)
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Supporting emotional well-being and social interaction
• Accurately recording notes and updates
• Working closely with colleagues and professionals

Shifts Available

We offer flexible shift options to suit a range of lifestyles:

• Early: 07:30 - 14:45
• Late: 14:45 - 21:30
• Day: 09:00 - 15:00 / 10:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 20:00
• Includes weekday and weekend shifts.
