The Opportunity:

Youlltake ownership of the HR function across a UK population of c.75 employees (manufacturing and distribution), supported by an HR Administrator/Executive Assistant.

This is a broad, operational HR role with real strategic impact, whereyoullbe central to delivering cultural andorganisationalchange, developingmanagersand building capability, driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting business-critical people decisions.

Youllwork closely with both UK leadership and a wider European HR structure, giving you exposure to a truly international business.
