Non Stop Care are working with a newly established Children's Residential Service in Kidderminster, West Midlands, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to take on a unique registered manager role with large scope for progression.

About the Role

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
• Develop, lead and manage new 2 bedroom homes.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 & DBS clearance
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• A full driving licence
