Project Delivery Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen to be part of a new Regeneration team and lead the delivery of major regeneration projects in Wyre Forest supported by both council and external grant funding through Pride in Place. The team will lead the development of feasibility studies for a new project pipeline on several major development sites.

We have a significant transformational agenda, and the roles offer the opportunity to work on projects ranging from new public realm initiatives through to providing new residential development, flexible work spaces, digital innovation, commercial and cultural hubs. You will be part of an agile team supported by externally appointed professional teams and we are looking for people who are interested in advancing their professional careers in the built environment, develop project management skills, knowledge and expertise.

Location:

Flexible working, but with bases at Wyre Forest House / Council owned office buildings.

You will be required to provide a suitable vehicle for this post.
