Machinist Fitter Salary: £14.00 £ 17.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Worcestershire Source Co are currently hiring for an established engineering and manufacturing business currently hiring for an experienced Machinist Fitter to join its production team. This is a hands on role within a well organised workshop environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in engineering and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities Operating conventional machinery including lathes, vertical and horizontal borers, and drilling machines Producing components to engineering drawings and specifications Supporting general fitting and workshop activities as required Maintaining high standards of health & safety and workmanship Working collaboratively within an established production team Essentials Proven experience utilising manual machinery Confident using manual machinery (lathes, borers, drills, etc.) Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Comfortable working as part of a team
