Pay

Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). Availability windows for shifts are as follows:

• Sunday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Wednesday: 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Friday: 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Shifts are scheduled within these windows and you will receive three weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. We support flexibility and will consider candidates whose availability is close to, but not exactly matching, the advertised times.

• Understand your store’s performance and work together to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

• Be over 18 years old.
