Base rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we can accommodate.

• Serve shoppers and enhance their experience every day.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely and efficiently.
• Make decisions that benefit customers and meet store needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
• Understand store performance and help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Support deliveries into the store when required.

Applicants must be over 18 to apply. The role may require working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in specific areas such as the warehouse, beverages, counter, bakery, and driving roles.
