Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an Account Executive to inherit part of a book circa £100,000 income.

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, handling insurance policies, and providing customised insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, generating new business opportunities, managing renewals, and ensuring clients receive professional advice and exceptional service. The candidate will work closely with the team to deliver tailored insurance packages that meet customer requirements.

  • Proven skills in customer relationship management, client retention, and delivering personalised solutions
  • Experience in sales, business development, and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of insurance structures, policies, and risk assessment processes
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as record‑keeping, reporting, and database management
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office‑based environment
