We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join #team community, working within shared accommodation to support individuals with complex needs, including mental health challenges, substance misuse, learning disabilities, and experiences of homelessness.

In this role, you will provide both emotional and practical support, helping customers to build independence, develop essential life skills, and sustain their tenancies. You will play a key part in creating safe, stable, and supportive living environments where individuals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive tenancy management, supporting customers to maintain stable accommodation
