Service Advisor Required for Main Dealership - Oxford

* Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£38,000)

* Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM

* Weekends OFF

Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated Permanent Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for customer service and a background in the automotive industry. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met while facilitating smooth operations within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on services offered.

* Schedule service appointments and manage the work order process efficiently.

* Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of service requirements and customer concerns.

* Provide detailed estimates and explain the services to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Familiarity with automotive service processes and related software is preferred.

* A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and building lasting relationships.
