Manpower Group UK is helping a Kidlington-based client recruit a Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end finance operations, lead the Accounting team, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while supporting audits and continuous improvement.
You will manage the monthly close, statutory accounts under UK GAAP/IFRS, VAT, tax packs, and liaise with auditors. The role includes payroll oversight (outsourced) and driving financial controls with IT for systems improvements.
