. Pay: £23 an hour, bank, part‑time, 3‑day internal admin period.

Join a new service at Campsfield House IRC focused on delivering a high‑quality, evidence‑based, person‑centred healthcare service to residents. Duties adapt to departmental needs and are agreed with the Head of Healthcare and Senior Clinical Lead. Work with a multidisciplinary team, share knowledge, encourage professional development, and maintain governance‑compliant records.

• Complete medication rounds and dispense controlled medication
• Attend emergency response situations
• Triage and assess patients
• Manage and treat minor illnesses and injuries
• Assess, evaluate and implement care for long‑term conditions
• Undertake reception screening and health promotion activities
• Act as the named lead nurse for an area of healthcare
• Work night shifts as part of the rota

• Registered Adult Nurse (Adult Nursing)
• Current professional registration (NMC) with no restrictions to practiceclared
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and participate in multi‑professional teamwork
• Alignment with Dr PA Secure values

• Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Mentorship qualification
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of wound management (including complex wounds)
• Knowledge of substance misuse issues
• Experience in a secure setting or primary health‑care setting
• Experience in patient assessment and triage
• Competency in venepuncture
• Management of long‑term conditions
