Entry Level Automotive Technician – Kihei, HI at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. This role provides hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers by learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

• Learn and perform basic automotive services under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, replace filters, and conduct other preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, clear communication, and teamwork.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation; perform manual tasks including lifting as needed.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry; adherence to safety policies.
• Preferred:
  High School Diploma or GED; prior automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

• Competitive base pay with a pay range of $15.00–$22.00/hr (base pay may vary by knowledge, skills, experience and market location).
