Position: Teller (Kihei Branch)

We currently have a great Teller opportunity at our Kihei Branch that is robust with career growth and developmental opportunities. As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Compensation

Pay range is $20.00 - $23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM;
Friday 8:00AM - 6:30PM;
Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).

As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration.
  • One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers.
  • Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
  • Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.
