Registered Behavior Technician at Kihei Clinic (certification provided)

Malama Pono Autism Center in Kihei, HI is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians. No prior certification or experience required; we will provide comprehensive training and guide you toward RBT certification.

Base pay: $24.00 per hour (fixed).
Sign‑on bonus: $850 for non‑certificated RBTs.

Start of your day:
Arrive, review your client’s plan, gather toys and learning tools. During session:
Work 1:1 with your client, helping them reach goals in communication, social skills, daily tasks, play, or behavior support. Track progress on a tablet. Teamwork & Support:
Work under supervision from a BCBA and on‑floor supervisors who are always available. End of the day:
Complete session notes, clean client room, prep for tomorrow.

• 30+ hours per week (based on your availability)
• Paid training & RBT credentialing

• Pass background screening
• Working at our Kihei clinic
• Frequent movement (sitting, standing, bending, responding quickly); lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs

Job Types: Full‑time (30+ hrs) and Part‑time (under 30 hrs). Start Pay: $24.00/hr with future raise opportunities.

Schedule:
