Production Technician

Love working with your hands? Enjoy being part of a team and learning new skills? Maui Brewing Co. is looking for a dependable, motivated Production Technician to support our brewing operations at our Kihei brewery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in warehousing, food production, construction, general labor, or maintenance who’s ready to step into a new and exciting industry — no brewing experience required. We’ll train you in the art and science of beer production from the ground up.

• Support daily brewing operations by prepping ingredients and equipment
• Clean and sanitize brewing tanks, lines, and work spaces
• Assist with moving and staging raw materials (grain, hops, etc.)
• Learn to monitor fermentation and product quality
• Keep things running smoothly by staying organized and safety-focused

• Hardworking and dependable with a positive attitude
• Able to lift 55+ lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable working in hot, wet, or noisy environments
• Willing to work flexible hours (mornings, nights, weekends)
• Eager to learn new skills and grow with the company
